Appellate Court Refuses to Transfer Former SBU Cyber Chief Vituk’s Case to Another Court

The appellate chamber of Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) rejected the defense’s request to transfer the case of former SBU Cybersecurity Department head Illia Vituk to a different court. The charges include illegal enrichment and submitting false asset declarations.

The decision means the case will continue to be heard at HACC, as announced by the appellate chamber’s press service and reported by Slovo i Dilo.
