1 min read

A Russian strike caused a total blackout in Vinnytsia on Saturday morning, October 17, according to city mayor Serhiy Morhunov.

Specialists are assessing the scope of the destruction. Critical infrastructure is operating on backup power, Morhunov confirmed.

While electricity is off, public transport will not run. More buses and minibuses will be deployed instead.

Residents are advised to follow official city channels for updates on power restoration.
