A man living in Rebild, Denmark, made a remarkable archaeological find while constructing a terrace on his property: a collection of Viking silver artifacts weighing a total of 18.5 kilograms, Ukrainska Pravda reported.
The hoard, dating to the Viking Age, represents one of the most significant private-land discoveries in recent Danish history. Archaeologists are currently studying the collection, which is expected to provide new insights into the region's Viking-era history and trade networks.
