Drones Strike Two Russian Regions Overnight, Hitting Refinery and Cement Plant

Drones attacked Russia's Volgograd and Samara regions during the night of September 14–15, with fires and explosions reported at industrial facilities, according to monitoring channels Exilenova+ and Supernova+.

Syzran Refinery Fire

In Syzran, Samara region, a fire broke out at the local oil refinery, with reports that fuel storage tanks may have caught fire. An air raid alert had been declared in the region prior to the attack.

Sebryakovcement Plant

In Mikhailovka, Volgograd region, explosions were reported at the Sebryakovcement plant. The blast occurred near cement kiln No. 5, prompting firefighters to be dispatched to the facility. Social media footage showed significant smoke rising above the plant territory.

Additionally, a possible missile strike was reported at the Beriev Aircraft Scientific and Technical Complex in Taganrog, a facility used for repairing and modernizing Russian military aircraft.
