Eight Civilians Injured in Russian FPV Drone Strike on Nikopol

Eight civilians sustained injuries following a Russian FPV drone strike on the city of Nikopol on Monday. The attack caused significant damage to local infrastructure, according to regional authorities.

Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, confirmed the incident via Telegram. He reported that the drone targeted urban areas, resulting in casualties among the local population.

Casualties and Damage

The strike injured four men and four women. The victims suffered a variety of severe injuries, including:

• Mine-explosive trauma
• Shrapnel wounds
• Bone fractures

Medical personnel were swiftly deployed to the scene and are currently providing all necessary medical assistance to the victims.

In addition to the human toll, the drone attack caused substantial property damage. Hanzha noted that the explosion damaged a multi-story residential building, several shops, and parked vehicles in the vicinity.
