Formula 1 returns to the track at Zandvoort for the Dutch Grand Prix on 21-23 August. Ahead of the race, BBC Sport F1 correspondent Andrew Benson took on readers' questions in his regular Q&A column.
Among the topics was New Zealander Liam Lawson, who is currently ninth in the drivers' championship with Racing Bulls and is considered the standout 'best of the rest' performer in a midfield car. Benson assessed Lawson's chances of holding his seat for the 2027 season and what a title challenge in an inferior car would realistically require.
Benson also addressed the sprint race format, examining whether it adds value to the championship, and discussed young Italian driver Leonardo Fornaroli's prospects in the sport.
