Fire at Slovak Ammunition Manufacturer ZVS Holding Factory

Slovak firefighters on Wednesday responded to a fire at a building owned by ZVS Holding, a company that manufactures ammunition and belongs to the MSM Group. The fire broke out during roof repair works being carried out by an external contractor, according to a spokesperson for the group.

ZVS Holding is a significant Slovak defence industry player that has been involved in the production of ammunition used to support Ukraine's military. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and there were no immediate reports of casualties.
