Kyiv Sounds Second Air Raid Alert of the Night Over Drone Threat

At 4:42 a.m. on September 19, Kyiv sounded an air raid alert for the second time in the night due to a drone threat. Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) issued a yellow danger level, urging residents to proceed to the nearest shelters. Air Force authorities also reported a strike UAV moving toward Kyiv from the east. The first alert had been declared at 1:10 a.m. but was lifted within 6 minutes. The second alert was lifted at 5:05 a.m. when KCMA announced the all-clear.
