Career at West Ham

Miklosko joined West Ham from Banik Ostrava in 1990 and went on to make more than 300 appearances for the club over eight seasons. He was known for his commanding presence, his reliable shot-stopping and his popularity with supporters. He is particularly remembered for a remarkable performance in West Ham's 1-1 draw at Manchester United in April 1995, a result that helped West Ham avoid relegation and effectively ended Manchester United's title challenge that season.

International career

Miklosko represented Czechoslovakia and later the Czech Republic at international level, earning over 40 caps. He was part of the Czech squad at Euro 1996, where the Czech Republic reached the final.
