NATO Allies Allocated Over $10 Billion for Ukraine in Past Year, Rutte Says

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that allied nations have collectively allocated over $10 billion for Ukraine through the PURL (Plans for Ukraine's Reconstruction and Long-term security) initiative and the US arms sales program over the past year.

Rutte specified that the latest package includes an additional $3.5 billion in military aid. He emphasized that NATO allies remain committed to supporting Ukraine for as long as necessary to achieve a just and lasting peace.

The announcement comes as the conflict continues into its fourth year, with Western partners seeking to maintain a steady flow of military equipment and financial support to Kyiv.
