NATO Chief Rutte: Train Attack Near Poland Shows Putin's Desperation

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on September 14 condemned the Russian missile strike on a passenger train in Ukraine that occurred near the Polish border. Rutte said the attack demonstrates Putin's desperation.

“Yesterday's strike on a passenger train in Ukraine, close to NATO territory, shows Putin's desperation. He thinks he can stop us from supporting Ukraine — he is wrong,” Rutte stated.
