Rescue Ends at Odesa High-Rise: 2 Dead, 25 Wounded After Russian Strike

Emergency rescue services completed operations at a damaged 25-story apartment building in Odesa on September 13, the State Emergency Service of Odesa region reported.

The building was struck during a Russian missile attack the previous day, September 12. During the rescue operation, 7 people were saved, including two children. In total, 2 people were killed and 25 wounded.

Work at the damaged highrise has now been completed.
