
Russian forces struck a railway infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region on 13 September 2026. A fire broke out at the site following the attack, but emergency rescue teams extinguished the blaze promptly. No fatalities or injuries were reported.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service confirmed the incident. Earlier the same day, Russian forces also struck a passenger train locomotive in Volyn region, approximately two kilometers from the Polish border.
