Russian Attack Damages Apartment Building in Odesa, Three Wounded Including 3-Year-Old

Russian forces attacked Odesa during the night of September 17, damaging a multi-story residential building and wounding three people, including a three-year-old child, according to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Serhii Lysak. All injured received medical care.

The attack was part of the broader Russian ballistic missile and drone assault across Ukraine that night, during which nationwide air raid alerts were declared.
