Russian Attack on Rivne Oblast Shopping Center Wounds Three

Three people were wounded in a Russian attack on a shopping center in Rivne Oblast on Tuesday, 20 October, regional military administration head Oleksandr Koval said on social media.

"According to preliminary information, three people were wounded, two of them hospitalized. There is a fire. Combustion products are spreading actively, so I urge residents of nearby buildings to close their windows," Koval wrote.

The head of the region said he was at the scene together with all the relevant services. More in our world section.
