Russian forces carried out attacks across multiple Ukrainian regions on the night of September 14-15, causing damage and casualties.
In Volyn Oblast in western Ukraine, a Russian strike damaged a locomotive at a railway facility. Ukraine's railway infrastructure has been a regular target of Russian attacks throughout the war, as Moscow attempts to disrupt military supply lines and civilian transportation.
In Kherson Oblast, Russian forces continued their daily pattern of shelling and drone attacks against communities on the right bank of the Dnipro River. Separately, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast also reported Russian strikes on residential areas.
Four people were reported injured across the affected regions. Regional emergency services and law enforcement were dispatched to the sites of the attacks to provide assistance and assess the damage.
The overnight attacks represented the continuation of Russia's campaign of strikes against Ukrainian civilian infrastructure across the country.
