A Russian strike drone attacked Kyiv’s Podilsky district on the evening of September 16, hitting a non-residential building and injuring one person, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
“One man was injured in the drone attack on the capital in the evening. In Podilsky district there was a hit on a non-residential building. The injured person was hospitalized,” Klitschko stated.
Air Force units warned residents of Kyiv at 21:57 of an incoming enemy reactive UAV heading toward the central part of the city. The air raid alert in the capital lasted from 21:56 to 22:10. An explosion was heard in Kyiv at approximately 22:10. Fires broke out as a result of the strike.
