On the morning of April 1, a Russian FPV drone targeted a civilian vehicle in the city of Nikopol, leaving three people injured. The strike marks another instance of aerial attacks on the civilian population in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

According to Oleksandr Hanzha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, all three victims were immediately hospitalized. "The enemy struck the city with an FPV drone," Hanzha reported via Telegram. He noted that one man is in critical condition, while a 42-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries. "Doctors are providing them with all necessary medical care," he added.

Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Regional Council, later confirmed that the targeted vehicle belonged to civilians.

Ongoing Regional Attacks

This incident follows a broader wave of aggression across the region. Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces launched nearly 20 drone and artillery attacks targeting four different districts, resulting in two additional casualties.

In the Pokrovske community of the Synelnykove district, a 51-year-old man was hospitalized in moderate condition following a strike. Meanwhile, in the Kryvyi Rih district, a 22-year-old man sustained injuries that are being treated on an outpatient basis.
