The information comes from Kryvyi Rih Defense Council head Oleksandr Vilkul, Dnipropetrovsk regional head Oleksandr Hanzha and the regional prosecutor's office.

"Sadly, two men were killed by an enemy 'Banderol' strike on the Pokrovskyi district. Seven more people were injured, including a 15-year-old boy. One man, 39, is in serious condition. Four more are in moderate condition,"

Vilkul said. He gave the figure of seven injured as of 12:30 p.m.; he had earlier reported three and then four.

Damage in the district

According to Vilkul, 17 apartment buildings were damaged, with almost 50 windows blown out and three roofs damaged. The industrial enterprise, a post office, a bank, a college, shops and cars were also affected. Damage surveys are continuing.

A relief center has been set up in the gymnasium closest to the strike site, where residents can get building materials for urgent repairs and apply for city financial aid.

Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of what they call another Russian war crime. A criminal case has been opened under Article 438 of Ukraine's Criminal Code, under the procedural supervision of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office. See also World.
