Former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancers Ola and James Jordan have announced a trial separation after nearly 23 years together. The pair, who married in 2003, confirmed the news through their manager and long-time friend Vickie White.
"It is with great sadness that I can confirm that James and Ola began a trial separation some time ago," White said in a statement. The couple share a daughter, Ella, and have emphasised that her wellbeing remains their shared priority.
Both were well-known faces on Strictly: James Jordan appeared on the show for nine series before departing in 2013, while Ola Jordan left in 2015 after completing multiple series. James subsequently won Dancing on Ice in 2019. Ola Jordan, originally from Poland, had been one of the programme's most popular professional partners.
