Ukraine's armed forces destroy drone launch sites and relay stations in occupied territories

Ukraine's General Staff reported on Sunday that Defence Forces carried out a series of successful strikes against Russian military infrastructure on September 12 and through the night into September 13.

In Donetsk, Ukrainian forces hit a facility used for the storage, preparation, and launch of Russian attack drones. The strike disrupts Russia's ability to deploy aerial assets in the region.

Relay stations controlling Shahed-type drones destroyed

In the Zaliznyi Port and Skadovsk areas in Kherson, as well as in Chornomorske and Olenivka in occupied Crimea, Ukrainian forces struck and destroyed ground relay stations used to guide Geran and Gerbera attack drones — the Russian designations for the Iranian-designed Shahed-136 kamikaze drones. The Olenivka relay complex also included an antenna array.

Additionally, in the Revny area in Russia's Bryansk region, Ukrainian forces struck a Russian radar station. These operations aim to degrade Russia's drone coordination capabilities and have been part of Ukraine's broader strategy of attacking the logistics chain behind Russia's aerial bombardment campaign.
