The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has successfully resolved the technical issues plaguing the "Reserve+" application, confirming that stable operation has been restored for military conscripts across the country following an outage on the morning of April 1, 2026.
Officials have rolled out a new update, which is currently accessible to the general public. While most users can already download the latest version, the Ministry noted that a slight delay might occur for some individuals due to standard caching processes on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
"Stable operation of Reserve+ has been restored. The update is available for all users," the Ministry stated, adding that the majority of devices are already displaying the refreshed application.
The resolution comes after a morning disruption where users found themselves locked out of the system. Those attempting to log in were met with an error message reading, "Oops! You have an outdated version of the app." Initially, the Defense Ministry assured the public that technical teams were actively addressing the glitch and promised a fix within 24 hours—a timeline they successfully met.
