Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked US President Donald Trump for signing the landmark Russia sanctions legislation. "Thank you to President Trump for signing this critically important law. Thank you to all senators and members of the House who supported it," Zelensky said. He noted that the best tribute to the memory of Lindsey Graham would be the full and speedy implementation of the law's provisions. "The best reward for all who help us pressure Russia for the sake of ending the war will be peace — peace and the elimination of all the problems and challenges this war has brought," Zelensky added. He recalled that whenever Graham visited Ukraine, he always emphasized the importance of not easing pressure on Russia, strengthening sanctions, and finding the path to peace.
