Cargo Ship Sunk Near Bulgaria After Drone Attack, Russian Ambassador to Be Summoned
Two merchant ships were attacked by drones near Bulgaria's Black Sea coast overnight on October 12-13; one, the Maltese-flagged CHELSEA 3, sank after three drone strikes ~18 nautical miles east of Byala. All 15 crew were evacuated and Bulgarian PM Radev announced plans to summon Russia's ambassador.
