Simon Levy Victim Says Police Failures Let Double Murderer Attack Again After Her 2018 Report
A woman sexually assaulted by Simon Levy in 2018 says police turned her away when she tried to report the attack, allowing Levy to go on to murder two women and rape another in 2025. Levy was convicted last week of two murders, rape, and 11 sexual assaults.
