Nine TCK Workers Convicted in Odesa for Kidnapping and Torturing Men During Mobilization
A court in Odesa convicted nine employees of a regional Territorial Recruitment Center (TCK) for illegally holding men and using violence during mobilization. Seven received real prison sentences of five to seven years.
