Russian Drone Hits Energy Site in Bukovyna, Chernivtsi Districts Lose Power

Russian forces damaged an energy facility in Chernivtsi region on 26 October, and some districts of the city of Chernivtsi lost power, Chernivtsi mayor Roman Klichuk said.

"As a result of a Russian drone attack, a critical infrastructure facility in the region was hit. Some districts of Chernivtsi have no electricity. We are clarifying the scale of the damage," Klichuk said.
