1 min read

Overnight into Wednesday, September 30, Russian forces launched a massive rocket-drone attack on Kyiv Oblast, killing a child and injuring three people. Residential houses, infrastructure facilities, and garages were destroyed or damaged across the Vyshhorodsky, Bucha, and Obukhiv districts.

Kyiv Oblast Governor Tymur Tkachenko reported that rescuers pulled three people from rubble in Vyshhorod — including a child suffering severe stress reaction and a man with shrapnel wounds to the head. A second child was found dead under the debris.

Fires broke out at private homes in Vyshhorodsky district, a residential building and garages, and windows were shattered in another block. Three private homes and 11 cars were damaged in Bucha district, along with two storage buildings.
