Emergency Power Outages Hit Kyiv Right Bank and Surrounding Districts

DTEK reported emergency power outages affecting the right bank of Kyiv and the Bucha and Vyshhorod districts of Kyiv Oblast on October 9, 2026, following a directive from the national grid operator Ukrenergo.
