German State Baden-Württemberg Signs Hybrid Threat Agreement with Ukraine

The state government of Baden-Württemberg signed an agreement with Ukraine that provides for the exchange of intelligence data, training of German police officers, and cooperation in countering hybrid threats, Ukrainska Pravda reported.

The agreement represents a new bilateral security partnership between one of Germany's most economically significant federal states and Ukraine, deepening Germany's support for Ukraine beyond federal-level commitments.
