Over the past 24 hours, the frontlines in Ukraine witnessed intense combat, with a total of 171 military engagements recorded. According to the latest update from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the highest concentration of hostilities remains in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian troops successfully thwarted 56 Russian assaults.
The Pokrovsk sector continues to be the epicenter of the conflict. Ukrainian defenders halted 56 offensive actions near the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Novopidhorodnie, Molodetske, Nove Shakhove, Muravka, Orikhove, and towards Hryshyne, Filiia, and Novooleksandrivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russian forces launched 20 attacks targeting the areas of Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Rusyn Yar, and pushing towards Illinivka, Sofiivka, Mykolaipillia, Novopavlivka, Vilne, and Kostiantynivka.
In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk sectors, the opposing forces carried out 94 artillery strikes on Ukrainian positions and civilian areas, including three attacks using Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS). One direct combat engagement was reported in this zone. Meanwhile, in the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, Russian troops made three attempts to breach defensive lines near Starytsia, Vovchanski Khutory, and towards Okhrimivka.
Further along the eastern front, the Kupiansk direction saw two enemy attacks near Nova Kruhliakivka and Novoosynove. In the Lyman sector, Russian forces attempted to penetrate Ukrainian defenses six times, advancing towards Drobysheve, Lyman, Serednie, and Nadiia. Similarly, in the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian forces stopped six attempts to advance near Zakitne, Riznykivka, and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka, Platonivka, and Kalenyky. The Kramatorsk sector experienced one assault directed at Kostiantynivka.
In the south, the Huliaipole direction witnessed significant activity with 17 enemy attacks near Huliaipole, Varvarivka, Olenokostiantynivka, Myrne, and towards Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Hirke, Huliaipilske, and Tsvitkove. The Oleksandrivka direction saw seven assaults near Oleksandrohrad, Zelenyi Hai, Novomykolaivka, and towards Pryvillia and Nove Zaporizhzhia.
The Prydniprovskyi direction recorded a single Russian assault aimed at Bilohrudyi Island. Conversely, the Orikhiv direction reported no active attempts by the enemy to improve their tactical positions. In the Volyn and Polissia sectors in the north, no signs of offensive group formations were detected.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue their systematic efforts to deplete enemy capabilities, maintaining robust resistance across all active combat zones.
