Russian forces strike Kramatorsk with cluster munitions, 9 wounded

Russian forces struck Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region with cluster munitions from Uragan multiple rocket launchers on the morning of September 23. Nine people were wounded, including four women and five men aged between 46 and 74, according to Donetsk police.

Casualties and damage

One woman is in critical condition. The victims sustained blast injuries, shrapnel wounds, and fractures. Eight private homes were damaged. The attack occurred at approximately 11:45 local time.
