Ukraine Receives EUR 1.24 Billion from EU to Fund Domestic Weapons Production

Ukraine has received EUR 1.24 billion from the European Union under the Ukraine Support Loan, Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky announced. The funds will be channelled toward priority defense needs: drones, drone-intercepting systems, and domestically manufactured missiles and ammunition.

The European Commission confirmed that the disbursement covers unmanned aerial vehicles, anti-drone systems, drone munitions and rockets produced in Ukraine.
