Zelensky: Ukraine Ready to Sign Energy Ceasefire Guarantees for the United States

President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed Ukraine's readiness to sign energy ceasefire guarantees for the United States and said Kyiv is awaiting a response from Russia. Speaking at a public event, Zelensky added that Ukraine has only one oil refinery, so the key element of any energy ceasefire for Ukraine is a halt to Russian strikes on its power grid. He also noted that if Russia wants Ukraine to stop striking Russian refineries, Moscow must first cease its attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
