Kyiv Prepares Over 2,000 Emergency Shelter Places for Winter
As of October 1, Kyiv has prepared 2,051 emergency shelter places for residents who may need assistance during potential emergencies in winter, the city's Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs Department reported.
