Ukraine's GUR Reveals 155 Russian Defense Companies Making Weapons Components

Ukraine's Military Intelligence Directorate (GUR) has published data on 155 enterprises belonging to or controlled by the Roselektronika holding of Russia's state corporation Rostec — companies that manufacture components for Russian weapons including ballistic and cruise missiles, drones, electronic warfare systems and military radar.

The GUR stated that the Roselektronika holding unites enterprises and scientific organisations specialising in the development and production of radio-electronic components, communications systems, automated control systems, robotic complexes, microwave electronics, computing equipment and telecommunications gear.

Among the companies listed are producers of key components for the Iskander-M ballistic missile system and Zircon hypersonic missile, including: JSC NII GIRIKON (precision potentiometers for Zircon), JSC NITSEVT (flight information processing units for Iskander), and JSC NVP INTEGRAL-V (pulse and heating transformers used in Iskander missiles).

Critically, the last company is not under sanctions from any member of the sanctions coalition — and nearly half of all 155 listed Roselektronika enterprises are under no international sanctions at all, the GUR said, calling on partner countries to close these gaps. The data was published on the War and Sanctions portal at war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua.
