Serbian President Vucic Arrives in Ukraine for Carpathian Summit

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has arrived in Ukraine on September 18 to participate in the Carpathian Integration Initiative summit. Vucic stated he is attending at the invitation of President Zelensky as part of an important project aimed at ensuring economic, transport, and infrastructure connectivity across the Carpathian region.

"I am doing all this to continue ensuring stability and peace for our citizens and for Serbia," Vucic said. He also noted that Serbia has much to offer in terms of transportation connectivity with Romania, Hungary, and Ukraine, including railway lines, roads, and open borders.
