Ukraine War Damage Registry Opens Business Claims in Three New Categories

The Register of Damages for Ukraine (an international mechanism for recording losses from Russian aggression) announced it is now accepting applications in three new categories for legal entities, effective September 10, 2026.

New Categories Available

• C3.3 — Business Relocation (Evacuation): Claims for evacuation costs, transportation and logistics, restart costs, employee housing, and other direct expenses, as well as loss of revenue.
• C3.4 — Other Economic Losses: Claims for economic losses not covered by other categories.
• C4 — Humanitarian Costs: Claims for humanitarian expenditures.

Any legal entity may apply, regardless of organizational-legal form or ownership type, including state-owned and municipal enterprises and institutions.
